Karla and Tony Seidita wanted to build their dream house. Like all responsible people, they did their home work. They researched the project, asked for references, and checked licenses. They did "everything right." Things were great then, suddenly and without warning, it all fell apart. This blog is about their experience and the things about building that no one ever told them - not their friends, not their lender, not their architect and certainly not their builder.
